Cost - $15 per class or $60 for a five class pass.
Private lessons - Please email or phone for rates as they vary depending on your location and size of the group.
Class duration is one and a half hours. Wear comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement. T-shirt, singlet, shorts, leggings or tracksuit pants are fine. Yoga mats are provided but you can bring your own if you like. Bring your own drinking water. No need to book. All yoga classes are suitable for beginners and experienced students. If you have a medical condition or injury please let the teacher know. It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach. Feel free to arrive ten minutes early to relax before the class.
